Morrowind Speedrun in 3:14

You lose control when you get within a radius of Azura). This is the same timing used in the old 4:19 and 7:30 runs on YouTube. I got this run a couple months ago and never bothered to upload until now. I guess I'm happy with this time. There were a few small mistakes, though. 3:05 is possible and I'll try to get that one day. Most of the time saved over my previous 3:41 run is due to the "lockpick instant kill" glitch.
