Mortal Kombat 9 : Strategy For SHAO KAHN (Final Boss Story Mode) SPOILER

He's also is the only character you can use to fight Shao Kahn in story mode. I didn't show the full ending so it wouldn't spoil anything :) Hopefully this strategy will help you beat the story mode, seems story mode is harder than ladder as in ladder I beat it on my second try, but this on the other hand the difficulty is different for some reason I checked it was medium.
