In this video, I explain how to correctly tabulate data in a results table, including both the independent and dependent variables, units, how to deal with anomalous results and recording to appropriate significant figures. Many assessed practicals in school require students to construct results tables, either from scratch (having designed a preliminary experiment to test a hypothesis) or after doing an actual experiment and obtaining data.
