It was bad! Real bad! The staff at the help desk hate their lives! They don't care what your problem is and they take 30 mins to get to you once you line up. The wait staff deliver food to you and you have to play the guessing game called is the food hot warm or cold? You want an orange juice at breakfast? $3.50 euros. You want room service for coffee and a muffin in the morning? $3.50 euros. You want bacon and eggs from room service? $7.00 Euros. How about some lobster in the main dining room at dinner time? $30.00 euros extra. Want to watch TV in your cabin? You get 3 channels until you get to the Canary Islands, then no TV for the rest of your trip including New York and Miami...No TV! Movies are $7.00 euros each and they are 2 years old...
