Mt Herbert Tramp - The Calm Before the Storm

A trek through the wind-whipped grassy hills and over the highest point of Banks Peninsula. Quite a long video, but one in which you can sit back and simply enjoy the view. Feel the serenity of nature gradually give way to a burning tension as mother nature begins to show her dark side. Released on Christmas! That was (nearly) a complete coincidence. One of my friends kept asking me when I'd get this video out (it's been almost a month in the making), and eventually I effectively responded with "soon". I then proceeded to spend the following four days working on this, and only on this, and it just so happens that the fourth day was Christmas. Woo! I did consider using warp stabilization on this video to sooth the horribly shaky footage, but in the end I decided the monumental render time and the uneasy, unnatural feel of the effect wouldn't be worth it. Also I'm aware that it's nigh impossible to read the text in the thumbnail, but I couldn't really do much to fix it. That title sequence was hell to create as well (I worked off a tutorial). I don't even know why I bothered. As I forgot to credit the music in the video, the soundtracks used are as follows (in order of appearance): Gravity OST - ISS Gravity OST - Aurora Borealis Gravity OST - Tiangong
