mugen: up your arsenal #2 - sewer snivy

something that i didn't mention in the description of the last mugen video i made is that i've been making mugen stages in MS paint, Gmod and SFM. beneath the streets of new york is a gateway to hell, that gateway is in the form of a subway. also there's a snivy in there that mordicai wants to catch, but that's beside the point am i right.
