[MUGEN] - Wakamoto, Norio VA - High Dio - Survival Mode! - 480p

Wakamoto, Norio the voice of Cell from DBz,The Narrator of Hayate no Gotoku, Hol Horse (JoJo Bizzare Adventures 2000 Ova's) including many other animes out there has had his voice by someone introduced into the Final Dio mugen character in which I have no idea on how they managed to get his voice as he has never auditioned for Dio. I had to do a quick video with his voice as there are hardly any videos out there of his voice being used on Final Dio hence this video being recorded in 480p.
