Muramana Iceborn Gauntlet Ezreal perma-kite

This EZ build provides 40% CDR for a Q every 1.4 seconds, every other Q proccing Iceborn Gauntlets for an AOE slow. Finish it up with a couple Bloodthirsters and you're sitting on a 700+dmg Q every 1.4 seconds and a ~3s cd E if you hit your Qs. Notice how the Iceborn Gauntlet puddle stops the entire enemy team from engaging and causes Xin to wildly overextend, leading to a lost teamfight. Downsides: You're underpowered for the first 20 minutes or so. Yeah, kind of a big downside. Upside: you kite entire teams, poke like a MONSTER with 700+dmg Qs on a 1.4s cd during sieges. Definitely suited to poke comps. ~3s E cd, 48s R cd.
