This song is a satire for people who worship God fanatically.
Some explanation from the lyrics (which I don't really understand some of them):
[00:56] This probably means God created something from nothingness
[01:02] Luka sang the lyrics as "空 (Sora = sky)", but the kanji was written as "虚無 (Kyomu = nihility)"
[01:16] Quadrillon = (10 ^ 15, probably the number of people...)
[01:32] Quadruple = 4 tempo
[03:06] The kanji was written as "楽園 (Rakuen = paradise)", while Luka sang "Eden"
[03:27] Quadarangle = miniature garden
