On this episode I look at a few examples of using musical notation in comics, through V for Vendetta, BangTango and Scott Pilgrim, and how each of those examples work I comparison to others. Specifically on why they choose to portray music in comics through actual notation or chord charts, rather than through the more typical method of wavy text and musical notes near words. Also diving into how this actually changes the reading experience.
