Mustapha Tlili: Russian resolution on Syria and lack of Western flexibility

According to Mustapha Tlili, Special Adviser to the President of the 66th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, Russian resolution was blocked by the United Nations because of the insistence of the Western and Arabic side to have clear mandate for intervention.
