Cathy is a Mom of 7 and after years of searching, she is finally gaining the core strength she deserves! She has been through so much. I especially love her statement that her belly button is starting to look like it did before she had babies. I believe that our bodies were meant to have babies and recover. It may not be quick or easy but it's possible!
