My Eat Away Cancer SMoothie
12 oz - 14 oz water or almond milk
Few drops of liquid stevia for sweetness
1/2 tsp chlorella (dry powder)
1/2 tsp spirulina (dry powder)
3 TBSP Ground Flax Seed (you can buy the seed and the grind your yourself)
Few handfuls of spinach/Kale or any greens (except lettuce) I buy the organic blend at Costco
Also would alternate by adding bok choy, watercress,
Few mini carrots
1/2 cucumber
3-4 asparagas speers
1 celery stalk
1/2 - 3/4 cup of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or any combination. Or an apple or 1/2 banana.
Again, when you make this fresh, it will be more like a liquid, if you pre-make and then bring with you, it will settle and become a little thicker, so it’s up to you which way you prefer to drink it.
This is going to make about a 32 oz jar . So you will need to buy a big glass jar to store. Make sure you use glass and not a plastic cup.
Also, if there are other vegetables you would like to add, feel free.… This is just a few that will really promote getting oxygen to your cells, give you a lot of anti oxidants and help with inflammation and getting the body to a good PH.
