It's hard to say that one type of eating habit will work for everyone as all of our bodies work in different ways. As long as our choices do not harm our planet and/or take away freedom and peace from sentient beings, I believe it's important to try and experiment with different ways of nourishing ourselves to understand the best way we individually can thrive.
