My Top 3 WTF Anime!! （僕のWTFアニメの中で一番好きだ！！）

This week I give my recommendation for friend-loosing anime! I love inviting 5-10 of my best friends over for an anime night, and making them leave saying "never again...". So today I'll give you some of my staples! First up is FLCL (フリクリ): I love this one because it's so perfectly crafted in art style, comedy, and action, but SO FREAKING WEIRD AT THE SAME TIME. "FLCL is a coming of age story and revolves around Naota Nandaba, a 12-year-old, working class boy living with his widower father and grandfather. His life in the city of Mabase is interrupted by the arrival of Haruko Haruhara, who runs over Naota with her yellow Vespa 180 SS scooter, gives him CPR, then hits him on the head with a blue vintage Rickenbacker 4001 left-handed electric bass guitar.[2][3][4] Naota discovers that the blow to his head created an "N.O." portal, from which giant robots produced by a company known as Medical Mechanica emerge periodically." Bludgeoning Angel Dokoro Chan (撲殺天使ドクロちゃん): This show is so WTF there isn't even really a story. Grab an umbrella and prepare to laugh so hard your stomach with turn. Lots of blood, lots of 4th wall breaks, solid shock comedy to make up for the so-so artstyle. "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan tells the story of 13-year-old junior high schooler Sakura Kusakabe, who twenty years in the future develops a technology that causes all women to stop physically aging after they reach twelve years old in an attempt to create a "Pedophile's World". However, this act accidentally creates immortality amongst humans, thus offending God. Dokuro Mitsukai, a member of an order of assassin angels that are called Rurutie, has been sent from the future to kill him. Believing that Sakura can be redeemed, Dokuro decides instead to keep Sakura so occupied and distracted that he can never develop the immortality technology. Due to her impulsive nature and super-human strength however, she frequently kills him with her gigantic spiked kanabō (club), Excalibolg, on a moment's impulse, but returns him to life moments later with angelic power, typically reciting her personal chant "Pipiru-piru-piru-pipiru-pi" (which has no meaning at all and is just a habit of hers)." Sleeping with Hinako (いっしょにすりーぴんぐ): I have no words. Literally, just a moe Japanese girl sleeping, on screen, for 50 minutes. No dialogue, no comedy, no nothing. Have a body pillow? Become double weeaboo status by cuddling it while watching this... Oh, and if you want to workout with her, or bath with her, there's option for those too... What has this world come too...
