Mystery Meat - Fallout 4 (Bug?)

I'm trapped down the elevator after being told to clear out the mole rats. I expect that getting down there and was a trick by him. As he's using mole rat meat in the food and doesn't want people to know about it. I'm guessing you're supposed to get out by the terminal? I've looked it up and other people are able to open the door by that terminal. Am I missing something? Edit: Looks like this has been fixed. The issue is caused by a mod called SSEx (Settlement Supplies Expanded). Either update this mod or disable and it should resolve the issue. Shout out to Charlie J in the comments for identifying this.
