Natural (Unmedicated) Labor & Delivery Vlog Part 2

Hi!! Our baby boy arrived June 27th, 2019 at 11:28am after 10 days of contractions! This was my second unmedicated labor & delivery. My first baby, Eloise, was delivered without an epidural 4 years ago. You can find the vlogs from her birth on my channel as well as my video with tips for having an unmedicated child birth. I've never taken a birthing class and I don't know a whole lot about labor other than what I have experienced or learned from friends. I'm sure plenty of moms on the internet have a whole lot more insight than me on having a baby without meds but I'm happy to share my experiences with you and I hope you find them helpful and encouraging. If I can have a baby without meds anyone can do it! :) I am not all that tough so just be encouraged if you want to try a natural birth I totally believe in you. Also though if you want an epidural for your delivery do it! Just have your baby in the best way you can and do your best to soak up the process. It's such a gift. If you need a C-section then have one shamelessly and I hope you have a quick recovery. You are amazing. Having a baby is a HUGE deal no matter how you do it and all deliveries are worthy of respect & celebration.
