Navy Week comes to downtown Toledo

Next week will be a busy one in downtown Toledo. The river will be packed with naval and coast guard vessels for Navy Week. There will be four modern navel and coast guard vessels along with other ships. They will all be docked along the Maumee River for the first ever Naval Week in Toledo. The ships will begin to arrive on Aug. 23 but there will be activities all week beginning on Monday. The public will be able to take tours of the vessels from Aug. 24 thru Aug. 26.
