In 2013 17 students and staff travelled to Nepal for the experience of a lifetime. Our 17 days in the country were filled with hiking part of the Annapurna Circuit, community work in Jilbrang, sight seeing in Kathmandu and making new friends with the locals. From a morning sunrise over the Annapurna's at Poon Hill, to games of volleyball, to a dog named Warnie, to a shave in Pokhara, to a rainy day in a Jilbrang classroom, to a sizzling steak at Kilroy's, each moment created a life-long memory which will be cherished by those lucky enough to experience it.
This trip of a lifetime was only made possible by World Expeditions, St Kevin's College, our families, a group of hardworking and friendly porters and guides, and three teachers who somehow managed to put up with 14 excited schoolboys for 2 and a half weeks.
