Неполноценное (плохое) демпфирование(глушение) звука пианино "Элегия" 1971г.в

В советских пианино иногда встречается следующий технологический брак или точнее сказать недоработка. А именно, когда клавишу уже находится в состоянии покоя, звук не глушится. Что же происходит? Если демпфер хорошо кроет струны, молоточек лёг на польстер, а звук всё же продолжает идти, то скорее всего это слишком высоко установленный штифт пилота. Происходит следующее, пилот упирается больше нужного в фигуру и таким образом демпферная ложка чуть отжимает сам демпфер и, как следствие качественного глушения не происходит. Что же делать? Нужно снять эту клавишу, выкрутить пилот и 2-3 ударами молотка забить этот клавишный штифт, затем вновь накрутить пилот и установить клавишу в пианино. Если теперь звук глушится, значит всё получилось. Единственное условие, нужно очень точно бить молотком по штифту и не расколоть клавишу Mark R.
