Wide train STORYLINE: Amateur video obtained by APTN on Saturday showed a train at Madrid''s Atocha station just moments after it was bombed on Thursday. Filmed from the window of a nearby apartment building, the footage showed distressing scenes of the immediate aftermath of the attacks. Crumpled, bleeding bodies lay on the floor of one of the carriages, a woman covered in blood still upright in her seat, and injured people moving where they lay. With sirens wailing in the background, emergency rescue teams were filmed running towards the train. Dazed passengers could be scene walking along the track beside the blown out carriages. Two hundred people were killed and 1,500 injured after ten terrorist bombs simultaneously tore through trains and stations along a commuter line at the height of the morning rush hour on Thursday. The Spanish government recovered a videotape on Saturday in which an Arabic-speaker said al-Qaida carried out the bombings and threatened more attacks. Interior Minister Angel Acebes cautioned that the claim was still being verified. He announced the discovery of the tape early on Sunday, just hours after he said police had arrested five suspects - three of them Moroccans - in connection with the bombings.
