Comment on European Parliament Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/europeanparliament "This prize is for all citizens", European Parliament President Martin Schulz said as the EU was announced as this year's recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. True to his word, the institutions invited nine young people from all over Europe to attend a special ceremony in the European Parliament on December 12. The attendees were appointed in a special Facebook competition and one of them, Larkin Zahra of Malta, also got the opportunity to attend the Oslo ceremony on December 10.
