Fil-Eth Swag - Any move that is Filipino Ethnic in nature collaborated with, and performed in modern hip hop styles(such as locking, popping, krump, wacking, etc.) using indigenous Filipino music. Created and conceptualized by Buddy Resulta(founder/choreographer of Nocturnal Dance Company - NDCQC) to promote Filipino Culture and to inculcate to the younger generation their roots in the way they best understand, Music and Dance. First performed by NocturnaL Dance Company Dance 4 d' GLory of GOD @ the Philippines Dance Delight Vol. 1 on March 03, 2013. It was a risky concept but fortunately they won as 1st Runner-up making them one of the Philippine representative to the Singapore Dance Delight, but did not push through because of lack of funds. But as the saying goes, When GOD closes door he opens a window, true enough, they were invited to join Talentadong Pinoy Worlwide, a national talent search for television. And Fil-Eth Swag was introduced in a wider range. The feedback was overwhelming, and so, Nocturnal Dance Company wants to elevate it to the next level. They joined HHI Philippines, and they emerged Champion of NCR/MM Leg and will proceed to the National Finals on May 4, 2014 @ MOA Arena. Will they represent the Philippines to the World Hip Hop Championship in Las Vega this August? Let's just hope and PRAY.
