Non-Stop Contour Edgebanding Easy with the NEW SNX nVision SYSTEM2

SNX has introduced the NEW US-Made nVision SYSTEM2 contour bander for shaped part production. The SYSTEM2 features a larger machined steel frame with three separate stations: edgebanding, part transfer, and top and bottom tape trimming. The machine's larger size allows banding and trimming of parts - even those as large as 8' long - without the need to stop and retract the trimming station as is necessary with the more compact nVision SYSTEM1 machine. The SYSTEM2 machine has all the ground-breaking features of the SYSTEM1 including the patent-pending Triax 3-axis geometry following laser system; Armordrive Kevlar serpentine belt system; Mitrelok thin blade tape guillotine; and the Rapidset rotary guide shoe system on the trimming station.
