NSUNSR mod-Ultimate kakashi moveset mod v1 (beta) release

One of the combos were change due to some crashes happening with it this is a beta bcz there is no sound really and i wanted to add more but bcz of yhe dislikes i saw made me feel bad not releasing it . there is some bugs tht is kinda not major u cant grab but i guess u could use him without it.
