NYPD cop arrested in Delhi, US media slams India

The New York Police Department cop was arrested in Delhi for carrying arms without a permit. He is out on bail, but is barred from leaving the counrty pending investigation. The US media says that India is taking revenge for the Devyani Khobragade issue though his mistake was innocent.
