NYSE Trader Expects a 'Slow Grind' Back to the January Market Highs

The S&P 500 is back above 2,800 and is moving closer to its 2018 high in January of 2,873.
Matthew Cheslock, an equity trader with Virtu Financial, based on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, expects a "slow grind" back to the that level.
"There's talk of 3,000 [on the S&P 500]," he said, adding that given current levels, a move back to the January highs is logical.
