Migori Governor Zachary Okoth Obado will remain in remand at the industrial area prison after high court judge Justice Jessie Lesiit rejected his application for bail and set the hearing of the case for 8th of October. The judge has also consolidated the murder charges facing Obado and his Personal Assistant Michael Oyamo and Migori County Assembly Clerk Caspal Obiero.
