President Obama renewed his administration's commitment to simplify the U.S. tax code Wednesday, saying the system has become too complicated for nearly all except insiders who know how to work the system. The president made the remarks on April 15th, the deadline for filing taxes in the United States.
But while the president used tax filing day to promote his economic policies, others used it as an opportunity to protest what they call the government's tax and spend mentality.
