CORRECTION: forgot a big one for the 'bad' column: Obama's war on whistleblowers - obviously this would get a little better if he pardons Chelsea Manning in the next few days (there are reports he might), but the situation with Snowden, and the fact that he's used the 'espionage act' to go after more whistleblowers than all previous presidents combined is inexcusable.
