OBS: Failed to start recording FIX (2019)

If you get the message "starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you re using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." Obviously you must update your drivers but in my case, everything was already up-to-date. So follow the instructions in this video and hopefully you can start recording/streaming again! This is my first tutorial video and I'll try to answer all your questions as best as I can.
