[OLD VERSION] Grand Theft Auto IV on 15-inch 2.53GHz mid-2009 MacBook Pro

You can see the specs of the computer at the beginning of the video, or here: 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3 RAM NVIDIA GeForce 9400M with 256MB VRAM 500GB WD Scorpio Blue hard disk Mac OS X 10.6.8 I used an unofficial "wrapped" version of this game for Mac OS X, which is just the Windows version and a Wine-like software called Cider put together unofficially in a single, huge, easy-to-run .app file to be run on Mac OS X. This wrapped version can be found on torrent sites and is ILLEGAL if you did not buy the PC game. You may be able to build this wrapped version yourself, but don't ask me how because I don't know. Another way to run GTA 4 on a Mac is by creating a Boot Camp partition and installing Windows with Boot Camp Assistant, then all the drivers and finally the game. Very strangely, for me the game ran slower there, with the same settings (which of course are the lowest ones, since this Mac has pretty bad specs for game playing and this game is very poorly optimized for the computer). I tried Windows XP and Windows 7 64-bit. So I tried this wrapped version, and just for the sake of showing it to everyone, I did a video demonstrating how it runs. It slows down quite often but it is sort of playable. I sped up some boring parts to make the video shorter. For people who are pissed off because this game is actually unplayable, it looks shitty, etc, and because I'm stupid for spending my money on a Mac that plays games poorly rather than a gaming PC. It's my computer and my business, not yours. I'm not that much of a gamer anyway and I could never get over how good and useful Mac OS X is. The games I play the most are older games like Portal, Half-Life, or GTA San Andreas, and those work at 60 fps at medium-high settings and native resolution (1440x900). Skyrim and Portal 2 are as fast as GTA IV on this video at 1440x900 (but I have to use low settings). I turn down the resolution to 1280x800, and it's perfect. AND, I have GTA IV for the Xbox 360. I play it there. The game isn't as dark as it looks like, it's just the messed up auto-exposure of the camera.
