Olivia Millerschin, Ann Arbor Summer Festival “Screw Valentine’s Day”

Rochester Hills’ Olivia Millerschin, is inspired by simple but catchy songs and mixes pop, jazz, soul, and folk in the vein of Ingrid Michaelson and Corrine Bailey Rae. Pitch-perfect and charming, this up-and-coming singer-songwriter plays the guitar, ukulele, and tambourine and was nominated for three Detroit Music Awards in 2013 for her debut album. In 2014, she won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for her song “Screw Valentine’s Day” and has released her new EP, Over the Weather.
