Opel Insignia IntelliLink IL900 NAVI900 video in motion

In Opel Insignia 2013 with Bose Navi packet. Once when I drive, my hmi write me "start engine" for get infos about car consumption etc... It is only possible for hmi failure.. - hmi thinks the engine not running. After restart engine was everything gone. But I really want video in motion in original navi without some chinese hardware shits. Can anyone do that? In Europe?
