Operation Wolf (1989) NES Complete Playthrough

Back in those days, they had arcade machines in restaurants, convenience stores, 7-11s, and just about anywhere, except for McDonalds. Operation Wolf was a very popular arcade galley shooter, because it had a UZI submachine gun with a recoil system, so every time you shot there was recoil like a real UZI. That was why people want to play it, but the arcade version was very difficult. Especially the jungle level or the 2nd level, and if you die in a level you have to start over at the beginning of that level. The difficulty for this game could be set from easy to hardest, and most arcade owners set it to hard or hardest to make the most money. Arcade games were always more difficult compared to computer or console games. Operation Wolf was ported to many different console systems and computer systems, like the Commodore 64, Amiga, Atari ST, IBM PC, Amstrad, MSX, PC Engine/Turbo Grafx-16, Sega Master System, ZX Spectrum, and most systems that existed at the time. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the NES version. I didn't buy this version, I simply borrowed it from a friend of mine. This game retailed for about $49.99 + tax back in 1989, and it was a very poor port because the arcade version was a 16 bit game. The NES being a 8 bit game could not make the graphics emulate the arcade version. There were other things I didn't like about this version, and that was the lack of ammo. In the arcade, you had 30 round magazines, but the NES version you had only 20 round magazines. As you can see in the video, the graphics aren't very good. I can't say this was the worst port, but I can say it is in the middle scale.
