optimum d180 Χ 300 milling on the lathe

I'm making a base for a DRO on the carriage. There's no other way to take accurate measurement when advancing the carriage. The cross slide and compound are marked with divisions accurate enough for most work. I will make a new video when I finish. Nothing fancy .
