1) How often do I workout? 4-6 times a week. Usually 4 times at OTF and 1-2 additional exercises for fun.
2) How tall am I? 5'6"
3) How much do I weigh? I don't know for sure but around 210lbs
4) What size jeans do I wear? 12
5) How long have I been doing OTF? I took my free class Feb.28.2019 and never looked back.
