Oro-Antral Communication Closure / Dr. Tamer Nabil & Dr. Usama Dakrory Oro-Antral Communication Closure , with Buccal Fat Pad , after removal of displaced root into Sinus. Two Roots were displaced into Left Maxillary Sinus , creating Oro-Antral communication. Closure was performed with Buccal Fat Pad. Buccal Advancement Flap and Palatal Tunnel Procedure were performed.
