Oshie - Okani (Launching OCA Texas 13th July 2019)

The Oshie Cultural and Development Association (OCA) USA made history by organising its first ever international event on July 13th 2019 during which a 3rd OCA-USA Branch was launched in Dallas and called OCA Texas. OCA Texas now joins the two already existing OCA branches both located in Maryland. Manunga Studio was there and covered the occasion.
