[OSRS] Negative XP Lamps: Good or Bad?

Would negative xp lamps be good or bad for the game? I want to discuss the pros and cons of the idea, how they relate to wilderness caves, and how the recent polls have an impact on the bigger picture and affect different groups of players in Old School Runescape. There might not be a right or wrong answer but I want to give some insight and information about what's going on in our community.
