Oukitel K10000 Pro Charging problems

My 10 month old K10000 Pro stopped charging 2 weeks ago. At first it´s charging properties was weak then it stopped charging. I even bought a new cable for charging because maybe the cable ain´t working anymore. Still the problem did not stop. Now, I hope someone can help.
