Overclocking RAM on MSI GE70 0NC/0ND, GE60 0NC/0ND up to 1866MHz CL11 (but NOT the Win8 versions!)

That's it. You can just overclock stock 1333MHz RAM (1600 too) up to 1866MHz CL11 for free and getting better responsiveness and additional 2-5% of raw performance. Tested on STOCK ELIXIR 1333MHz RAM and i7 CPU, GE70 0NC. I5 will also support 1866MHz (unofficially) and is even less risky due less RAM stressing (just 2 cores). I would try to overclock only Nanya, Elixir, Samsung and Hynix RAM! Again: ATTENTION! THIS MAY DAMAGE LAPTOP OR ITS COMPONENTS AND YOU LOOSE YOUR WARRANTY! DOING THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND NO ONE ELSE IS RESPONSIBLE. NOT JUST OVERCLOCKING BUT FLASHING BIOS IS RISKY TOO! You need to pick up proper unlocked BIOS for your model. It should be either Win7 GE70 or Win7 GE60 Win 7! Laptops which came originally with Windows 8 onboard are not supported however it is fine if it was with Win7 and you just installed Win8 later. 1. Flash latest stock BIOS (10F) for your notebook. 2. Download modded BIOS and flash the same way. GE70 - http://gavitex.com/share/xfb1qy4km and GE60 - http://gavitex.com/share/6j2y8trtb 3. Set overclocking parameters exactly as on the video (Dimm Profile must be Custom, Memory Frequency and timings as on video). Then DOUBLECHECK and then save and exit. I recommend setting Frequency to 1600Mhz at the beginning though. All other settings should be the same (not including show-off about my CPU ocerclocking of course:)). After reboot you also may want to overclock iGPU HD4000 up to 1350MHz but I will write how later. Overclocking CPU is possible but ONLY with unlocked XM series CPU or prtial overclocking (+400MHz) on other strickt QM models.
