Overdrive: phrase two performers' viewpoint

These short rehearsal snippets from Richard Alston’s Overdrive have been created to assist students and teachers learning and delivering contemporary dance from Key Stages 3-5. The resources were created/devised with motif development in mind, allowing you to see the motifs (or movement ideas) from the audience’s viewpoint and also from the performers’ viewpoint to make the analysis and learning of the movement easier. These resources could be used for the GCSE Dance Unit 4a composition controlled assessment and also to support the study of Overdrive for the Unit 1 written paper.
