Overwatch FPS drop

About every seven minutes or so, my FPS in Overwatch tanks, causing visual lag and audio stuttering. It only lasts 10-15 seconds or so, but makes it impossible to be consistently effective. I've read a bunch of threads about people having the same or similar issues, but seen little verification of the problem. Here's mine.
