Painful + Uncomfortable Sex is NOT normal.

Ladies, we need to start having conversations about what's normal and what's common, because there is a difference. I see a lot of conversations unfold about how peeing your pants is normal either past a certain age or after kids (or both). I see conversations where everyone laughs about how sex sucks after kids. I've had conversations with women who are told to have a few drinks and try some lube. When did that ever change anything? Painful + Uncomfortable Sex is called Dyspareunia, and it's a pelvic floor concern.
