Palazzo Fortuny

Ha sede nell'omonimo palazzo di campo San Beneto, trasformato da Mariano Fortuny nel proprio atelier di fotografia, scenografia e scenotecnica, creazione di tessili, pittura: di tutte queste funzioni limmobile ha conservato ambienti e strutture, tappezzerie, collezioni.. Visitabile complessivamente su quattro piani di grande suggestione, ospita attività espositive sempre profondamente collegate allo spirito di Fortuny e alle sue attitudini eclettiche alla ricerca e alla sperimentazione. Palazzo Fortuny, in Campo San Beneto, Venice, was transformed by Mariano Fortuny into his own atelier of photography, set-design, stagecraft, fabric-creation and painting: the rooms and spaces in the building still testify to all these activities, with tapestries and various collections. Four floors can be visited, and the museum hosts exhibitions closely connected to the spirit of Fortuny and his eclectic research and experimental interests.
