Ingredients:
Chicken Leg 4 Pieces
Salt 1 Tbs
Bishop's Weed 1 Ts
White Pepper 1 Ts
Coriandrum Sativum 1 Tbs
Garam Masala 1 Tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbs
Garlic Ginger Paste 4 Tbs
Lemon Juice 4 Tbs
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream 4 Tbs
Olive Oil 3 Tbs
Olive Oil 3 Tbs
Green Chatni 1 Tbs
Yogurt 1 cup
Preparation:
1) Add Salt, Bishop's Weed, White Pepper, Coriandrum Sativum, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Ginger and Green Chilli Paste, Lemon Juice into mixture of fresh cream and olive oil.
2) Apply the mixture over the chicken pieces.
3) Steam the Chicken pieces for 10 minutes.
4) Add Olive Oil in a pan, and fry the the Pieces for 10 minutes.
5) Take the Green Chatni and add in the yogurt, and mix to make raita.
6) Place the Foil Paper having red coal inside in the pan.
7) Ready to Serve.
