I usually grill it in the oven after I fry the salmon skin down, but my Friend Adam does not have a Grill oven. Adam this one is for you. Sauce - ¼ Cup of mayo, 1 to 1 ½ tbsp. your favorite mustered, a squeeze or more of lemon, salt and pepper to taste and add enough milk/sour cream/plain yogurt or light cream to get it as thick or light/runny as you would like it.
