Panzer T-70 update

Found motor missing throttle assembly, high speed jet stripped, engine smoking pretty bad and air vane govener missing, govenor arm screewed into engine block. Finding parts for engine lead to a lot of dead ends. Found a tiller with a 8 hp B&S that matched up. Cleaned carb, change oil, new filter and plug the motor started on the 2nd pull and ran great. So today mounting the motor and installing a new reverse wheel.
