Путешествие начинаем от площади Ленина, проходим по улице Ленинской, и мы на Советской площади (ныне площади Славы, у Ратуши. По Генплану 1938 года бульвар Ленина планировалось превратить в парадную улицу города. Но план был реализован только частично .
